Returns and exchanges

Sharaf DG’s policy covers both its stores and its website. The main points:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of collection or home delivery, with the original invoice and all packaging, accessories, manuals and free bundled items.
• Opened items that are not defective may be accepted with a restocking fee: at least 25% for Apple products and at least 15% for other brands.
• IT and telecom products cannot be returned once activated, and devices with an activation lock such as Find My iPhone cannot be returned.
• Custom or special-order products, cut cables, apparel, personal care and hygiene products are not returnable.
• Refunds go back to the card used for payment, within 7 to 14 business days after the return is complete.
• Marketplace products bought on the website cannot be returned or exchanged in Sharaf DG stores.
