Citibank – Abu Dhabi Branch

This is Citibank’s main branch in Abu Dhabi, in the Al Khyeli Building on Al Falah Street. It serves Citi customers who need teller and customer-service transactions in person, and the same building holds the Abu Dhabi Citigold Lounge and three Citi ATMs. Citibank N.A. – UAE Branch is licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE.

The bank says all banking and teller transactions can be done at its branches. The Citigold Lounge has private meeting rooms for meeting relationship managers and product specialists.

ATMs

The Al Kheyli building has three cash deposit and withdrawal machines. Citi ATMs let you withdraw cash in AED, deposit cash or cheques, pay a Citi card or loan, change your PIN, order cheque books and print a mini-statement. Good to know

• Many services do not need a branch visit: Citi Online and Citi Mobile handle card activation, transfers, time deposits, statement requests and standing instructions.
• The bank asks customers to keep their Emirates ID details up to date.
• Complaints get a reference number within 2 business days and a response within 4 business days. If unresolved, you can escalate within Citi or to the UAE ombudsman, Sanadak.
• Never share your card number, CVV, one-time password or PIN with anyone.
