As published in the mall’s FAQ: Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Thursday to Saturday 10:00 AM to midnight. Parking is free.
For public transport, the FAQ suggests taking the Dubai Metro and changing to The Palm Monorail, or taking bus route 8 or 88 to the Palm Jumeirah Monorail station and continuing by monorail.
