Talise Spa is the spa at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a resort on Jumeirah Road in Umm Suqeim 3, Dubai. It is for adults aged 16 and over who want massages, facials, a hammam or treatments such as cryotherapy, whether they are staying at the resort or visiting only for the spa.
Treatments and facilities
- Signature massages and facials, most of them 90 or 105 minutes
- Couples massage, and pregnancy treatments for mothers-to-be
- Cryotherapy facials and body treatments, and LED therapy
- A Moroccan hammam: a 60-minute traditional hammam and a 90-minute signature hammam
- An indoor relaxation pool, sauna and steam room for guests aged 16 and over
- Personal training, mat Pilates, yoga and kick boxing sessions of 60 minutes

Where to find it
The spa is on Level 4 of the main hotel building, where couples and men are treated. Level 3 is for ladies only, and the fitness centre is on Level 5. Visitors who are not staying at the hotel reach the spa by the elevator in the left lobby vestibule.

As published by Jumeirah: daily from 10:00 to 22:00, with the last appointment at 20:15.
How to book
Book online through the "Reserve your treatment" link on the spa page, call +971 4 540 8774, or email [email protected]. The menu says a valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation.
Good to know
- Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment; if you are late, the treatment is shortened.
- Cancel at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
- Tell the spa when booking if you are pregnant or have allergies, injuries or other health concerns.
- Robes, slippers and a locker are provided; photos and videos are not allowed.
