Returns and warranty

Under the published exchange and refund policy, an item can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase if you have the original receipt or order confirmation and the item is sealed and in its original condition. If you exchange it for something more expensive, you pay the difference. Pre-order products and digital codes cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Electronic items come with a standard 1-year warranty, and an extended warranty is available on some items. Defective products go for after-sales repair, which the retailer says takes 10 to 21 business days. Physical damage is not covered unless damage cover was bought with the device.
