WAK Cargo, run by White Al Kawsar General Trading LLC, ships personal belongings and commercial cargo from Dubai to Dushanbe in Tajikistan. It suits people sending household goods or stock home from the UAE who want to drop parcels at a Dubai warehouse and collect or receive them in Dushanbe.

WAK says most of the road route is overland but includes a sea leg, and that delays are possible because of the current situation and force majeure, so it asks customers to confirm the current transit time with a manager. Other CIS countries are discussed on WhatsApp.
How it works
- Tell WAK about your cargo: what it is, how many packages, and the outer length, width and height of each package in centimetres and its weight in kilograms with packaging.
- Get a price from the online calculator (choose the Air tab for air freight).
- Bring the cargo to the Dubai warehouse, where it is checked, measured and consolidated.
- Receive it in Dushanbe; for road freight the manager confirms the collection address and time after arrival.
Liability options
Under standard terms there is no extra fee and freight is paid when the cargo is received; if a shipment is completely lost, the freight is not charged and WAK pays compensation equal to the freight cost, not the value of the goods. Extended liability costs from 10% of the declared value, must be prepaid with the freight before dispatch, and covers the confirmed declared value. WAK states this is its own obligation, not an insurance policy.
