Storage rooms and prices

The website lists 9 sites with 276 rooms in Dubai: three in Al Qusais, three in Ras Al Khor, two in Umm Ramool and one in Al Quoz (Dutile Complex, 23rd Street). In Abu Dhabi there are two sites in Musaffah (M26 and M44). Room sizes range from a few boxes to studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom, villa and office sizes. Most rooms are not air-conditioned; a few are climate-controlled.

Prices start from AED 150 a month plus 5% VAT, depending on the site. For example, a 2.1 × 2.4 m room is listed at AED 500 a month, or AED 450 a month with 12 months paid in advance. New customers get the first month at half price.

How renting works

• Abu Dhabi: choose a free room online and hold it for 30 minutes, then sign and pay online or at the desk.
• No deposit and no minimum period. Plans renew monthly, and you give one week’s notice before the next month to leave.
• Payment by card, bank transfer or Tabby, with an AutoPay option and a monthly tax invoice.
• Access codes and the site address are sent by WhatsApp on move-in day.
