Booking and cancellation
- Book by phone, WhatsApp or the booking form on the website, which lists the departments.
- Cancelling 24 hours or more before the appointment lets you rebook at no extra cost.
- A first late cancellation can be rebooked without a penalty; later ones, or missing an appointment, may be charged a fee equal to the consultation fee.
- Online payments are by Visa or Mastercard, and prices include 5% VAT. Refunds go back to the original card within 30 to 60 days.
