Lexus Showroom

The Lexus Dubai Festival City Showroom is one of the Lexus sites in Dubai run by Al-Futtaim, the brand’s UAE distributor. It is for people looking to buy a new or pre-owned Lexus, or to ask about servicing and parts, at a showroom in Dubai Festival City.

What you can do here

The Lexus UAE location page for this showroom lists four areas: New Cars, Pre-Owned, Service Center and Parts. In its full list of UAE locations, though, Lexus names this site as a showroom and lists its Dubai service centres separately, including the Dubai Al Badia Service Center. If you need servicing, call first to check where your car will be handled, or use the Book a Service page on lexus.ae.

Opening hours

As published by Lexus UAE for the showroom:

For the Dubai Al Badia Service Center, Lexus publishes Sunday 08:30 to 17:30 and Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00.

Warranty and pre-owned cars

• New-car warranty: 4 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first, from the date the car is first invoiced. It passes to later owners. Lexus says servicing must follow its schedule at an authorised Al-Futtaim Motors centre, and that independent repairs or maintenance void the warranty.
• Body corrosion: 6 years for perforation caused by a defect, whatever the mileage.
• Original battery: free replacement in the first 24 months; from 24 months up to 3 years the customer pays 50%.
• Lexus Certified Pre-Owned: Lexus lists a minimum 2-year warranty, a 360° quality check, a trade-in promise and a guaranteed buy-back.

Good to know

• Phone for the showroom: 800 53987 (toll-free in the UAE).
• The official page does not give a street address; use the map on this page or call for directions.
• Lexus UAE also has online tools to compare finance types and get a trade-in valuation.
• Hours change on public holidays and during Ramadan, so confirm before you travel.
