Museum Linens & Embroidery (MuseuM, online as Museum4u) is a shop on the Mezzanine Floor of Dubai Festival City Mall, opposite IKEA, that now focuses on prayer mats and prayer wear. It is for anyone buying a prayer mat or prayer dress for themselves or as a gift, in the mall or online with delivery across the UAE.
What it sells
The online shop groups its range into memory foam prayer mats, embroidered prayer mats, velvet prayer mats, prayer sets and prayer dresses. The company’s About page describes MuseuM as a home-fashion retailer with its own registered brand and designs, covering bedding, curtains, bathroom accessories, cushions and table covers, but the current online shop shows mainly prayer items.

Delivery, payment and returns
- Delivery inside the UAE is free for orders of AED 199 or more and takes 2–3 business days by courier; smaller orders pay AED 20. The shop does not ship outside the UAE.
- Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal, and cash on delivery is accepted.
- Returns are free if the item is wrong, defective or damaged. The home page offers returns or exchanges within 15 days, while the refund policy gives 10 business days and an AED 20 pickup charge for change-of-mind returns, so check with the shop before you order.
