The Sales Centre opens Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (as published by the business). Tokens for in-person NOC applications stop at 4:30pm. Nakheel asks for documents as soft copies by email and encourages online applications.

Paying service charges in cash or by cheque carries an AED 105 admin fee.
Most applications (NOCs, permits, renewals, payments) can be made through Nakheel Online Services or the My Nakheel app instead of visiting.
