- Selling: a free property valuation and a step-by-step sellers’ guide.
- Renting: short-term rental listings, including apartments, villas and beach properties.
- Property management: finding tenants, preparing rental contracts, collecting rent and following up on maintenance and repairs, tracked through the MyTEKCE online panel.
How the company describes a purchase
TEKCE’s UAE guide says its agents and company lawyers first help agree the price and payment method. The steps it then lists are signing the sale agreement (MOU, also called Form F), getting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the developer, and completing the transfer at the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The company says this usually takes no more than 30 days from signing. This is the company’s own summary, not legal advice; check current rules and fees with the Dubai Land Department.
