About Ajman China Mall
Ajman China Mall is a large trading and logistics centre in the Ajman Free Zone that sells mainly Chinese goods, wholesale and retail: textiles and clothing, general merchandise, lighting, furniture and home goods, building materials, hardware and electrical goods. It is for traders and bulk buyers, and also for shoppers who want to browse.

About the project
According to the website, the first phase was built from 2009, opened in October 2010, was expanded in 2014, and had its façade renewed in 2022. It has 280,000 square metres of built area, including about 120,000 square metres of shop space and 100,000 square metres of storage and logistics. By the end of 2023, about 2,200 companies were operating there. The website says the mall carries about 500,000 kinds of goods, around 95% of them from China, and that management also offers traders help with licences, promotion, consulting and supply-chain services.
In October 2024 the mall announced an upgrade of the food area in Hall D, with a café area, desserts and international food, and plans for a technology and games “Future Hall” in Hall H. The website does not say whether this work is finished.
Getting there
The website says the site is next to roads 311 and 11, and about 25 minutes by car from Dubai International Airport and Sharjah International Airport.
