Delivery, assembly and returns

• Delivery charges: the FAQ states that delivery is generally free from AED 1,000 for furniture and AED 250 for household accessories; below those amounts the charge is AED 150 and AED 20 respectively. The delivery page’s table shows AED 20 on smaller orders under AED 200, so check the charge shown at checkout.
• Assembly: the in-house delivery team installs and assembles free of charge on orders above AED 1,000; this must be arranged when the delivery date is scheduled. Electrical connections and curtain rod or blind installation are excluded.
• Cash on delivery: available for selected orders, with an extra AED 10 per order.
• Returns: 14 days from receipt, in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Bedding accessories can only be exchanged for a manufacturing defect within 7 days. Sale items that are not defective, custom-made items and used or assembled products cannot be returned.
