Bakery Bites Cafe is a cake shop and bakery café at 34 41st Street in Al Karama, Dubai. It is for people ordering a birthday, wedding or other occasion cake, a themed children’s cake or smaller treats such as cupcakes and macarons, for pickup in Karama or delivery across the UAE.

Ordering and delivery

Orders can be placed on the website or by WhatsApp. According to the bakery’s shipping policy and FAQ:

• Standard cakes and bakery items can be delivered the same day if ordered before 7 pm.
• Custom cakes need at least 2 days’ notice; the FAQ asks for 24 hours for normal cakes and 2 to 3 days for tiered cakes.
• Deliveries run from 9 am to 9 pm across the seven emirates. Specific time slots, and midnight delivery in Dubai, can be arranged on request.
• Delivery fees depend on the location and size of the order, and delivery is free for orders above AED 1,000.

Because the products are perishable, returns are not accepted. Problems with an order should be reported within 24 hours, with photos if an item arrives damaged.

Visiting the shop

The FAQ says there is a café space where you can have cakes, desserts and drinks, and orders can be collected from the Karama shop. The website gives the opening hours in two ways: 10 am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, on the contact page, and 9 am to 12 am every day in the FAQ, so call before an early visit.
