Smart Brat Restaurant
About Smart Brat Restaurant
Smart Brat is a German bratwurst grill at Kite Beach in Umm Suqaim 1, Dubai, with a second branch in Al Barsha 1. It is for beachgoers and families who want a quick meal of halal grilled sausage, currywurst, schnitzel or crepes.
How it works
The concept was created in Dubai and is a registered trademark in the UAE. It serves halal sausages imported from Germany, cooked on a patented German-made grill at 440°C in about four minutes, without charcoal or frying oil. Each grill unit cooks up to two sausages at a time. Customers build their own meal with sauces and toppings such as cheese, jalapeños, pickles, relish, salsa and crispy onions.
History
Smart Brat first appeared as a kiosk in the 19th season of Global Village, which ran from 6 November 2014 to 11 April 2015. In April 2015 it opened its permanent outlet at Kite Beach.
