XVA Art Hotel is a small boutique hotel in the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood of Bur Dubai, in the former home of the Seddiqi family, open since 2003. It has 15 individually designed rooms, an art gallery, a vegetarian café and a boutique, and suits travellers who want to stay in old Dubai near the Creek.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a minibar, a safe, a robe and slippers, and artwork by XVA artists. Bookings are made through the hotel’s online reservation engine or by phone.
Café, gallery and boutique
- XVA Café serves vegetarian and vegan food, including Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, salads, soups and desserts. Opening hours as published by the business: daily, 7 am to 10 pm.
- XVA Gallery, set up in 2003, shows contemporary art, mainly by established and emerging Middle Eastern artists, with monthly exhibitions. Pieces are also displayed around the hotel and café.
- The boutique sells handmade homeware, jewellery and clothing by local artisans; there is also an online XVA Shop.
Events
The historic buildings and courtyards are hired out for private parties, small wedding receptions and corporate events, with catering and event management by the hotel’s own team.
