Museum Of The Future

The Museum of the Future’s main exhibitions are temporarily closed. The operator says closure began in September 2026 and targets a renewed visitor experience in the first quarter of 2027. That is a reopening window, not a bookable day. Do not schedule an ordinary exhibition visit during the closure.

Which kind of visit are you considering?

Distinguish three plans. A normal exhibition visit should wait for a reopening announcement and new admission details. A selected event can be considered only through that programme’s own access information. Looking at the exterior is a different activity and does not establish access to the lobby, roof or galleries.

The current homepage keeps online retail and selected experiences available, and the FAQ says some programmes may continue. Neither statement means all visitor areas are open. For an event, match the specific entrance, date, age conditions and included space before making the journey. A retail purchase is not an exhibition ticket.

Prepare for a different museum experience

The operator says the previous exhibitions will be replaced, so old reviews and room-by-room itineraries will not describe the renewed experience reliably. Use them as history rather than a guarantee of what your family will find in 2027. Ask what the new ticket admits, which age groups the experiences suit and whether a timed reservation is needed when booking opens.

Our suggested planning checklist is the announced reopening date, a currently sold product for your date, its cancellation rules and your return transport. Record these together rather than combining an old ticket price with a future opening window. We have no verified new admission tariff, so we do not calculate a family total from previous rates.

Adjust an existing itinerary

If the museum was your main indoor stop, choose another currently operating attraction that suits your interests and actual route; do not move every booking around an unconfirmed reopening. If you already hold a ticket or package from a seller, contact that seller about the product and its terms. The closure announcement alone does not establish your refund entitlement.

For a proposed exterior stop, check current public access and the route before travel. We have not inspected barriers, parking or pedestrian access during the renewal. Keep the museum’s official FAQ as the reference for reopening and selected activities.
