A boardwalk running along the outer edge of Palm Jumeirah, at sea level, looking back at the Marina skyline. You do not need to walk all of it — any stretch works.
What it costs: free, open all day.
Our advice: come for sunset, when the skyline lights up across the water. The monorail is slow, infrequent and rarely worth its fare — a taxi to the Crescent is usually faster.
