Theatre Of Digital Art
About Theatre Of Digital Art
Theatre of Digital Art (TODA) is an immersive venue in the Central Courtyard of Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. It shows 360-degree digital art exhibitions and hosts live music, wellness and sound-healing sessions, school visits and private events, so it suits visitors and families, schools, and companies planning an event.
What happens there
TODA covers 1,800 m² with five multifunctional areas. Art and music are projected across the surrounding surfaces as 360-degree experiences. The programme changes through the year; current shows and tickets are on the “What’s On” section of the official website, which does not list ticket prices on the home page.
School visits
The TODA for Schools programme lists these activities:
- 360° educational shows: Being Van Gogh, Alice in Wonderland 360°, The Little Prince, and From Monet to Kandinsky
- Science Made Fun with Aventura Parks, including “The Power of Light” and the “Edison Workshop”
- ARTFem art workshops and Eedama eco-education workshops
Age groups, durations and prices are not published; schools send an enquiry through the “Plan your visit” form.
Private and corporate events
The whole venue can be booked, or individual spaces: the Foyer, Lounge and Cafe, Auditorium, Private Balcony, Interactive Room and VR Room. The whole venue takes up to 400 guests theatre-style or up to 250 at a seated dinner. Listed services include 360° content made for the client, on-site technical staff, catering and help with event permits.
