Carluccio’s — Downtown Dubai

Carluccio’s at The Dubai Mall is an Italian restaurant on the Lower Ground Floor Boardwalk, facing the Dubai Fountain in Downtown Dubai. It serves all-day breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee, and suits mall shoppers, families and visitors who want a sit-down Italian meal near the fountain or a delivery order.

What it serves

The brand’s website lists pizza, pasta, breakfast and Chef’s Specials, and describes the restaurant as serving “all-day breakfast, lunch, dinner or a cup of coffee”. Alongside the regular menu, the branch runs limited-time menus. At the time of checking, these were:

• Hello Summer: salads, smoothies and matcha drinks.
• Burger Italiano: served daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm at The Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall and Arabian Ranches; the promotions page prices The Italian Job at AED 99 and Thousand Island Milanese at AED 79.

Booking, delivery and celebrations

Tables can be booked through the “Book Now” option on the branch page, and the website also offers a WhatsApp line for celebrations. Delivery is through Deliveroo; the website says it covers most areas within a 10 km radius of The Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall and Arabian Ranches.

The birthday offer (“Celebrate at Carluccio’s”) is for dine-in at all Dubai and Doha branches. Its published terms:

• a minimum order of AED 125 per birthday guest;
• the birthday guest shows ID to staff;
• more than one birthday guest can celebrate, each with the minimum order;
• it cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
