At the Top is the observation deck attraction inside Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai, operated by Emaar Entertainment. It is for visitors who want views over Dubai from levels 124 and 125, from level 148, or from the lounge on levels 152 to 154, and who are ready to book a ticket for a fixed date and time.

What each level includes
- Silver: the double-deck lift to level 124, its outdoor terrace and telescopes, and the level 125 deck at 456 m. Average visit about 1.5 hours.
- Gold: priority access, a guided tour, and the level 148 deck with an outdoor terrace at 555 m, with Arabic coffee, sweets and soft drinks in the SKY lounge.
- Platinum: the lounge on levels 152 to 154, a terrace tour at 585 m, high tea and canapés by Armani Hotel, unlimited soft drinks and one welcome glass.
Before you go
- Collect your tickets at the At the Top main counter on the Lower Ground (LG) level of The Dubai Mall, and arrive at least 30 minutes before your slot.
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time booked. For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the slot; there are no refunds for closures due to bad weather.
- Large bags, strollers, laptops, tablets, e-cigarettes, sharp items and shoes with wheels go to the luggage counter. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Children under 3 enter free; under-16s must be with an adult aged 16 or over.
- Hours: the Silver page gives 10am to 8pm (last entry 7pm), but the same platform also shows 10:00 to 23:30 and says peak times change by season. Go by the slots offered when you book.
