Is Dubai Miracle Garden open in summer?

No. Dubai Miracle Garden is closed for the whole summer. It opens around October or November and closes in late spring, usually May — and the reason is simple: the flowers are real, and they cannot survive a Dubai July.

Why real flowers matter here

The garden is 70,000 square metres of living plants arranged into arches, sculptures and a full-size Emirates A380 covered in flowers. They are replaced continuously through the season. That is the whole point of the place — and it is why it cannot simply run all year with the air conditioning on.

• Butterfly Garden next door — a separate ticket at around AED 55, or a combined one

If you are here in season

Go on a weekday and arrive late afternoon — around 16:00 gives you daylight for photographs and the lit version afterwards, without the midday heat. There is very little shade even in winter. Allow two to three hours; it is bigger than it looks in photographs.
